The eight alternatives for improvements proposed allow savings in air conditioning consumption that vary between 33% and 56%, for initial investments between € 2,582.00 and € 4,186.00 at prices in September 2019, capital that is recovered between 6.8 and 11 years, in a 25-year of life-cycle with a constant annual interest rate of 3%.
