A DNA fragment of 912 bp in size was successfully amplified from C. crepidioides with leaf curl symptom. Analysis using Blastn showed that Begomovirus sample from C. crepidioides has the closest relationship with Ageratum yellow vein virus (AYVV) isolate from Taiwan (DQ866134.1) with nucleotide homology of 99%. 在印度尼西亚明古鲁省3个番木瓜种植区均发现有病毒感染症状的杂草。杂草的症状包括叶片和叶脉变黄、黄色花叶和叶片卷曲。本研究旨在鉴定和检测禾本科杂草种(Crassocephalum crepidioides)上的begomvirus。采用聚合酶链式反应法对Begomovirus (SPG1/SPG2)进行检测。成功地扩增出了具有卷曲叶症状的褐皮菊DNA片段,全长912 bp。Blastn分析表明,该病毒与台湾Ageratum yellow vein virus (AYVV)分离株(DQ866134.1)亲缘关系最密切,核苷酸同源性达99%。这是印度尼西亚首次报告在crepidiides中发生AYVV感染。
