According to calculations, the theoretical potential of relocating and merger village areas was 1971.47 hm2, accounting for 19.52% of the total scale of Feicheng residential areas; the comprehensive correction coefficient of each region was 0.48 - 0.70, and the revised actual potential is 1082.68 hm2, accounting for the theoretical potential 54.92% of the total. There were large spatial differences in the scale of potential in different regions. 摘要

从村庄分类的角度,提出了一套准确衡量农村聚落整理潜力的方法。以山东省肥城为研究区,结合相应的规划,从自然资源、经济社会、配套设施、宜居性四个层面对农村居民点进行分类评价,构建农村居民点分类评价体系。重点计算了一类乡村聚落(搬迁合并村)的理论和实践潜力,分析了不同区域的潜力规模、潜力水平和潜力空间分布。(1)分析了层次和空间分布。结果表明:621个乡村聚落可划分为5种类型:城乡融合村148个、历史文化村41个、集群发展村56个、保留与限制村155个、搬迁合并村221个。经计算,屯垦合并村面积的理论潜力为1971.47 hm2,占肥城居住区总规模的19.52%;各区域综合修正系数为0.48 ~ 0.70,修正后的实际潜力为1082.68 hm2,占理论潜力的54.92%。不同区域的潜力尺度存在较大的空间差异。总体而言,中南地区的理论和实践潜力高于北方地区。
