摘要

本文通过理论研究,预测了耦合应力润滑剂和轴瓦表面倾斜度对外压环形凹形推力垫轴承性能的综合影响。利用Stokes微连续介质理论推导了润滑油中存在耦合应力添加剂的修正雷诺方程。利用有限元法求解控制方程,编写了MATLAB程序。研究了环凹位置和垫面倾角对静压推力垫轴承性能的影响。研究发现,耦合应力润滑剂的使用显著提高了环形凹形静压止推垫轴承的性能。轴承表面之间存在倾斜被证明对轴承系统的动态特性是有益的。
