Sampling in this study used Slovin’s formula therefore the results obtained were 81 people. The measurement technique uses SEM-PLS ( Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square on the software Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect but not a significant effect on work engagement and the meaning of work can mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and work engagements. The mediation behavior finding in this meaning of work is full mediation, which means the independent variable is not able to significantly influence the dependent variable without going through the mediator variable, transformational leadership is unable to significantly influence the work engagements. 摘要

本研究旨在观察变革型领导对工作投入的影响,以工作意义为中介变量在东爪哇省区域秘书处。本研究的人口均为东爪哇省区域秘书处现有各局具有公务员地位的雇员,共300人。本研究采用斯洛文公式进行抽样,结果为81人。研究结果表明,变革型领导对工作投入有正向影响但不显著影响,工作意义在变革型领导与工作投入的关系中起中介作用。这种工作意义的中介行为发现是完全中介的,即自变量不经过中介变量就不能显著影响因变量,变革型领导不能显著影响工作投入。工作行为意义的变量中介强化了变革型领导对工作投入的影响。
