摘要影响越南山区球囊花(桔梗)的最主要问题是茎腐病和根腐病。本研究旨在鉴定老蔡省球囊花病原菌枯萎病。通过DNA测序和基于ITS序列的系统发育分析证实了F. solani的身份。在三种半固体培养基(CA、PDA和CDA)中,PDA是最适合茄菌生长发育的培养基。其生长的最佳温度和pH为25 ~ 30℃,最大生长速率为25℃;pH为5.5 ~ 7.0,最大生长速率为6.5。这是越南首次报道引起球囊茎、根腐病的茄蚜。
