摘要项目工期的可靠性评估对于项目管理的成功至关重要;这促使人们开发了各种方法来评估项目是否会在目标期限内完成。本研究利用二元降维技术和三阶矩可靠性指标,提出了一种基于矩量法的工程工期可靠性评估方法。所提出的方法可以避免常用方法中各种因素的大量计算:每对路径之间的相关系数和每对代表路径的联合失效概率。通过两个算例可以得出结论,该方法可以在较少的计算量下获得与蒙特卡罗模拟几乎相同的结果。
