摘要

研究目的:评估罗马尼亚比霍尔地区种植的Viola x wittrockiana Gams花中具有抗氧化特性的生物活性化合物的含量。材料与方法:采用DPPH和FRAP两种方法,分别对紫百合花进行采收、干燥、制备,测定其酚类和类黄酮含量,并测定其抗氧化能力。结果-在测定总多酚化合物含量后,发现浓度在2.5-4.52 mg GAE/100 g干花之间,类黄酮含量在46.75-54.49 mg QE/100 g干花花园三色堇之间。结论:从三色堇花提取物中提取的多酚、黄酮类化合物含量与抗氧化性能之间具有很强的相关性,表明该植物对FRAP法生产的DPPH试剂的抑制能力在62.644~92.241%之间,抗氧化能力在494.588~889.882之间。
