摘要

本研究对内压下破裂管道的修复进行了研究。为此,对破裂管道进行了实验测试,以找出失效压力。在外表面上施加了一条纵向裂纹,该裂纹切割了65%的管道厚度。碳纤维增强聚合物已被用于修复该系统。此外,还建立了一个有限元模型来估计未修复管道的失效压力。结果表明,未修复管道的失效压力与腐蚀管道标准预测的失效压力相同,但修复系统的失效压力低于腐蚀管道标准的预测结果。
