Additionally, one gastropod species was described after him, i.e. Amphidromus djajasasmitai Dharma, 1993. All the holotypes of these species are deposited at the Museum Zoologicum Bogoriense. Djajasasmita contributed 765 specimen lots at the museum and produced at least 27 important publications during his active career.
