A strategy map is a simple and effective way to communicate with employees about how to achieve the companies' strategic goals and will not miss any value drivers in the management process. A strategy map can serve as a complement tool to improve the performance measurement tool. The organisations often prepare strategy map using the senior managers and experts' opinions and ideas of organisations during a series of multiple management sessions. In this paper, digraph theory is used to build strategy map and define balanced scorecard's perspective. The method is that after defining the strategy of organisation, objectives are being clarified then relationships between objectives result in adjacency matrix, and after doing matrix calculations minimum-edge adjacency matrix is available. Finally, this matrix converts to a digraph. 摘要

战略成功实施的关键是人们理解战略。战略地图是与员工沟通如何实现公司战略目标的一种简单有效的方式,在管理过程中不会错过任何价值驱动因素。战略地图可以作为改进绩效测量工具的补充工具。在一系列的多次管理会议中,组织经常利用组织的高级管理人员和专家的意见和想法来准备战略地图。本文运用有向图理论构建战略图,定义平衡计分卡的视角。该方法是在确定组织策略后,明确目标,然后目标之间的关系得到邻接矩阵,在进行矩阵计算后得到最小边邻接矩阵。最后,这个矩阵转换成一个有向图。这个有向图是一个策略图,每一层有向图等于平衡计分卡的一个角度。
