Each experimental group was irradiated according to the laser power 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 and 2.0 W, and the irradiation duration 30, 60, 90 s. 摘要

目的分析采用钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光治疗龋病的装置在不同照射时间和功率下对牙髓腔不同部位和形态温度的影响。方法收集50颗完整离体牙,随机分为中切牙组、右上第一前磨牙组、右上第二磨牙组、左上第一前磨牙组和左上第二磨牙组。实验组分别按激光功率1.5、1.6、1.7、1.8、1.9、2.0 W,照射时间30、60、90 s进行照射。用热电偶温度计记录了牙髓腔的温升。结果激光照射后牙髓腔温度升高,且温升小于5.5℃,即导致牙髓坏死的阈值。结论使用激光预防龋病会使牙髓腔温度升高,但温度升高在5.5℃范围内是相对安全的,不会对牙髓组织造成不可逆的损伤。关键词:口服光疗仪;激光;髓室;温度
