摘要

方法:雄性Wistar大鼠60只,分为5组,每组12只。第1组接受生理盐水,而第2组接受单剂量TMT(8mg/kg)。其他四组接受8 mg/kg TMT加60、100或120 mg/kg PTX,每天两次,连续六天。采用放射臂迷宫任务研究大鼠的工作记忆和参考记忆。实验结束时,将大鼠的大脑取出并进行处理,以进行海马体的组织学研究。
