These included minimal change disease (n=17), IgA nephropathy (IgAN) (n=15), IgA nephritis/vasculitis (n=5), ANCA glomerulonephritis/vasculitis (n=5), anti-glomerular basement membrane (GBM) nephritis (n=2), and 1 case of each granulomatous vasculitis, acute tubulointerstitial nephritis, scleroderma renal crisis, IgG4-related disease nephritis, and primary membranous nephropathy (MN). Conclusion: We give an overview of the reported cases of post-COVID-19 renal complications. Further investigations of the underlying pathogenesis of post-COVID-19 vaccination renal adverse events are required, as prompt workup, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with renal complications may lead to complete remission, prevent kidney failure, and long-term complications such as end-stage renal disease (ESRD). 摘要

目的:回顾2019冠状病毒病(新冠肺炎)疫苗接种后肾损伤的报告病例,重点关注肾脏病理学。方法:在PubMed检索新冠肺炎疫苗接种后肾脏并发症的病例报告。结果:共报道36篇文章,包括49例病例报告。其中包括微小变化性疾病(n=17)、IgA肾病(IgAN)(n=15)、IgA肾炎/血管炎(n=5)、ANCA肾小球肾炎/血管炎症(n=五)、抗肾小球基底膜(GBM)肾炎(n=2),每种肉芽肿性血管炎、急性肾小管间质性肾炎、硬皮病肾危象、IgG4相关疾病肾炎和原发性膜性肾病(MN)各1例。结论:我们概述了COVID-19后肾脏并发症的报告病例。需要对COVID-19疫苗接种后肾脏不良事件的潜在发病机制进行进一步研究,因为对肾脏并发症患者的及时检查、诊断和治疗可能会导致完全缓解,预防肾衰竭和长期并发症,如终末期肾病(ESRD)。然而,这些并发症总体上极为罕见,接种疫苗的益处大于潜在风险。
