By collecting the real-time waveform of the backscattering signal of particles with different particle sizes at different concentrations, the corresponding relationship between the particle concentration and the number of pulses was obtained. It is found that the peak value of the backscattered light energy has a good linear relationship with the particle size. 摘要

在生产和科研中,对亚微米颗粒特性的研究引起了广泛的关注,对工业生产、医疗卫生检验等领域的发展具有重要意义。本文研究了基于背光散射的亚微米粒子的特性。通过采集不同粒径颗粒在不同浓度下的后向散射信号的实时波形,得到颗粒浓度与脉冲数的对应关系。结果表明,后向散射光能峰值与颗粒尺寸呈良好的线性关系。分析了不同粒径参数下标准粒子群的信号分布规律,发现其符合对数正态分布形式。
