At the same time, the fatigue life and damage characteristics of kernel with different moisture content were analyzed, and the accuracy of the fitting equation was verified. 摘要

研究玉米籽粒的损伤机理,寻找降低机械脱粒籽粒破碎率的方法,已成为当务之急。本文通过研究不同含水量玉米粒的力学曲线和变形特征,指出了低含水量玉米籽粒损伤断裂的脆性力学特征,阐明了玉米籽粒力学性能随含水量的变化规律。用幂函数方程描述了不同含水量玉米粒的疲劳载荷-疲劳寿命曲线实验数据。同时,分析了不同含水率下内核的疲劳寿命和损伤特性,验证了拟合方程的准确性。通过数理统计分析,拟合了疲劳寿命的正态分布曲线,确定了正态分布线随含水率和疲劳载荷的变化规律。
