The effect of miR-502-5p on the proliferation of DLD-1 cells was detected by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay. The effect of miR-502-5p on the colony forming ability of DLD-1 cells was detected by plate-cloning assay. The functional effects of microRNA-502-5p on colon cancer DLD-1 cells
Objective
