The average amount of honey obtained per colony in two-queen colonies was 22.74 ± 1.94 kg, whereas this value was found to be 15.76 ± 1.64 kg in single-queen colonies The average varroa infestation level of colonies were found 4.30±0.55% and 7.62±1.12% in the single-queen and two-queen colonies, respectively.
