Central Role of Innate B-Cell Immunity in Cancer Prevention

Natural humoral immunity with CD5+ B-cell produced pentameric IgM to cancer associated glycans normally to eliminate arising cancer cells. This branch of innate immunity is decreasing with age and that is a basis for selective immunodeficieny which may be corrected.
