Mucinous Cystadenomacoexisting with Brenner Tumour : A Case Report = ورم أنسجة الجهاز الهضمي بالأثني عشر مع وجود بنكرياس حلقي بابي : تقرير حالة عن عيب نادر للبنكرياس

Mucinous cystadenoma with brenner tumour is a rare mixed epithelial tumour of the ovary. Mucinous cystadenoma may contain small nodules of brenner tumour or brenner tumour which may develop discrete mucinous component. Here, we report a case of mucinous tumour coexisting with brenner tumour in a 59 years old postmenopausal woman, who presented with a fast growing pelvic mass first noticed 10 months ago. The coexistence of these two tumours supports the theory of common origin of surface epithelial tumours of the ovary from coelomic or germinal epithelium. We draw attention to the occurrence of this tumour in our environment.
