The feasibility of the method is discussed in both theory and practice, to determine the solid state nuclear tracks by specific heat capacity when annealing. In the research, the change of the specific heat capacity is related with nuclear track numbers after annealing and it could be measured and verified time after time. The theory and experiments are introduced with details.
