Financiamento à inovação e interação entre atividades científicas e tecnológicas: uma análise do Pappe

From the approach of National Systems of Innovation, this paper analyzes the Program to Support Research in Enterprises (Programa de Apoio a Pesquisa em Empresas - PAPPE). Primary data are obtained from an empirical research with 65 firms that was developed to evaluate the contributions of the program, intending to characterize the supported firms and identify the results on the generation of innovation, cooperation and other impacts on the performance of the firms. As main result, the work reveals that the PAPPE is important to create new products to the national market and new process to the sector, although its impact is more important on a group of firms that were already innovative and cooperative.
