The study was conducted with the voluntary participation of 25 elite combat athletes. The height, body composition, balance and strength performance of the athletes was measured. SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data. Relationships between physical traits, balance skills, and strength levels of the athletes were identified. As a result of the study, it was found that body weight, BMI, fat percentage and fat mass had a significant relationship with balance (p < 0.05). Balance requires perfect harmony between physical and physiological body systems.
