Results also show that organizational justice mediates the relationships between perceived leader narcissism and voice behaviors. The indirect effect of perceived leader narcissism on voice behaviors via organizational justice is moderated by trust in leader. 摘要本研究从社会交换理论出发,根据员工对领导者的信任条件,通过组织公平,提出了感知领导者自恋对员工声音行为(促进性声音和抑制性声音)的影响。通过对257名中国员工的调查和情景研究,本研究表明,领导自恋与禁止性话语呈负相关。领导者自恋感知与声音行为之间的关系受对领导者信任的调节,而当对领导者信任度较低时,领导者自恋感知则与员工的声音行为呈正相关。研究结果还表明,组织公平在感知的领导者自恋和声音行为之间起中介作用。感知到的领导者自恋通过组织公正对声音行为的间接影响受到对领导者的信任的调节。本研究对解释感知到的领导者自恋与员工声音行为之间的关系具有重要意义,并通过将对交换关系中伴侣的信任作为违反规范互惠的边界条件,为社会交换理论做出了贡献。
