摘要

对代表汽车轮胎标准强度试验的柱塞试验进行了试验研究。考察了主要品牌的五种不同型号。研究了外加载荷和内压对轮胎断裂能的影响。在同一模型上进行标准拉伸试验,研究不同试件的破坏模式及试验间的相关性。研究发现,内压的增加导致所有品牌的制动能量呈线性下降。强化钢丝击穿后,轮胎橡胶组分的粘弹性行为对断裂能产生影响。通过统计分析,发现制动能量与轮胎弹性模量与抗拉强度之比之间存在相关性。这种数值相关性可以被设计人员用来模拟和预测轮胎在不同强度试验下的性能。另一方面,断裂能与应变能密度呈负相关。
