摘要

由于目前对非充气轮胎稳态力学特性的研究还不完善,为了全面探索一种新型柔性轮辐非充气轮胎(FSNPT)的稳态力学特性,进行了多种工况下的稳态力学仿真。建立了新型FSNPT的三维模型和数值分析模型,通过台架试验验证了仿真模型的可靠性和准确性。结合轮胎稳态滚动理论,完成了FSNPT在纯纵滑移、纯侧向滑移、纯弯曲和复合工况下的稳态力学特性模拟试验。得到了FSNPT在纯工况和复合工况下的稳态力学特性曲线,分析了其稳态力学特性规律。结果表明:在纯工况下,在相同载荷下,轮胎受力或转矩随轮胎运动状态的变化有一定的趋势,随着载荷的增加,非充气轮胎的纵向刚度、横向刚度、对准刚度和弯曲刚度及其相应的峰值均有增大的趋势。在复合工况下,拱度对侧向力和调直力矩的影响是有方向性的,即会促进或抑制侧向力和调直力矩的产生,但对纵向力的影响很小。同时,复合工况下纵向力与横向力相互制约;与单纯工况相比,复合工况下调直力矩的产生受弯度和纵滑移的影响较大,且随侧向滑移角的变化趋势显著。该研究为FSNPT的结构设计和性能优化提供了理论指导。
