In this paper, an extended (3+1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrödinger equation with cubic-quintic nonlinearity term is studied. By using the ansatz method, some exact solutions of this equation are obtained, which include solitons solutions, elliptic function solutions, and periodic function solutions. The relations between these solutions and their coefficients are obtained.
