摘要

基于社会认知理论和反思思维理论,本研究构建了一个研究模型,考察不同实习环境因素(技能多样性、学习机会、主管支持和人际关系)通过反思思维过程影响学生职业意向的作用。香港和澳门的调查结果表明,只有人际关系会影响习惯行为,四个因素会影响理解,而主管的支持不会影响反思和批判性思维。对于职业意向,除习惯性行为外,所有反思性思维水平都有显著影响,但理解的影响最大。
