摘要

本文运用DEA(数据包络分析)的现代评价方法对各方案的比较效率进行评价,并在此基础上从多个方案中选择出农业生产结构调整的最优方案。在DEA模型的基础上,剖析了各自主决策方案或计划的规模优势。我们考察了每个自由裁量权计划的规模优势,深刻地测试了非dea效率背后的明确目的,从而阐明了增强这些自由裁量权计划的制度和方法。最后,提出了一种对最优方案进行排序和选择的方法。研究结果对我国农业生产产业结构调整具有重要的指导意义。
