The possibility of marinating cocoons both on sunny and cloudy days has been proven through direct and indirect use of the energy of solar radiation. The performance of the installation, the temperature inside the drying chamber and the time for complete marinating of cocoons were determined. Research primary processing of live of silk cocoons in a solar installation
