摘要

鳗鱼虾虎鱼(Odontamblyopus lacepedii)的皮肤由表皮、真皮和皮下组成。表皮有三层:最外层、中间层和生发层。最外层由多角形细胞或扁平细胞和酸性粘多糖的黏腺细胞组成。中间层主要由肿胀的小或体积大的表皮细胞组成,呈网状结构。表皮的厚度取决于肿胀细胞的大小和层数。发育良好的淋巴空间包含淋巴细胞存在于萌芽层,小鳞片嵌入真皮层。基底膜下方有大量毛细血管,基底膜与鳞片之间有一定的AB和PAS阳性区域。味蕾每隔一段时间分布在表皮表面。考虑到皮肤的结构特征,我们可以认为,o.s lacepedii更可能与皮肤呼吸有关,是一种双重呼吸系统。
