The fish were then fed a commercial non‐supplemented diet and sampled 0,1,2,3,4 or 6 weeks post‐administration of levamisole. The cytotoxic activity was found to be increased with increasing levamisole dose and remained greatly enhanced until the end of the experiment. 摘要

用103 ~ 10‐3 ng左旋咪唑/ml培养牙鲆头肾(HK)白细胞4、24、48 h,测定其对异种肿瘤细胞的天然细胞毒活性。孵育24 h后,该活性略有增加。在第二个试验中,连续10天分别饲喂0、75、150和300 mg左旋咪唑/kg饲料。然后,这些鱼被喂食商业无添加饲料,并在左旋咪唑给药后0,1,2,3,4或6周取样。细胞毒活性随左旋咪唑剂量的增加而增强,并一直保持到实验结束。综上所述,左旋咪唑在体外和体内均能提高比目鱼的天然细胞毒活性,并在饲喂时具有良好的持久作用。
