Capillary hemangiomas are benign vascular tumors that are most often encountered superficially in the soft tissues of the head and neck region and frequently follow trauma; epidural location is exceptional. We report an uncommon case of epidural capillary hemangioma in the thoracic spine masquerading as an osteolytic lesion.
