The first Indian record of Pogonatum marginatum Mitt. (Polytrichaceae) from the Western Ghats
Pogonatum marginatum has been previously known from Sri Lanka and Vietnam. It was recently collected in the Agasthyamalai Biosphere Reserve in the Western Ghats (Kerala and Tamil Nadu), this being the first record of the plant in India.
