摘要

目的探讨重症烧伤患者院前急救的集约化和简化策略。方法回顾近30年来国内外创伤与烧伤救治的进展，结合我院烧伤患者的急救经验，提出实用、简便的救治策略。结果有序、系统的方法可以简化院前急救和应急管理。结论简化管理使重点突出，可降低伤亡率和死亡率。
