摘要

目的:为准备秋冬跨赛季的长跑运动员制定个人跑步训练计划。材料与方法:以师范大学体育学院体育运动技能提高组为研究对象。参加比赛的有4名运动员,年龄在19-20岁之间,主要从事长跑。结果:提出了基于中循环和微循环系统的田径运动员个人跑步工作方案。公开了各中循环运行功的结构和内容。确定了中循环运行负荷的增长趋势。结论:在提高田径交叉竞技运动成绩,提高田径交叉运动运动员竞技素质的基础上,在田径交叉赛季训练过程中,证明了该方案的引入是有效的。
