Methods: A semi-structured interview was applied, which identified four main maternal stressors: diagnosis; childcare routine; child treatment; and development and access to health services. Results: The most used coping strategies with regard to these stressors were: information-seeking, problem-solving, and delegation. 摘要目的:先天性寨卡病毒综合征以一系列影响儿童发育的神经系统改变为特征。鉴于大量出生时患有小头畸形和其他神经系统疾病的儿童,本定性研究试图了解和回顾10名患有该综合征儿童的母亲所采用的应对策略。方法:采用半结构化访谈法,确定四种主要的产妇压力源:诊断;儿童保育常规;儿童治疗;发展和获得卫生服务。结果:大学生对压力源最常用的应对策略是:寻求信息、解决问题和委派。结论:本研究结果对这一人群的护理具有重要意义,旨在扩大对这些压力源的适应性应对,并确保在照顾这一综合征儿童的漫长而艰难的过程中为这些家庭提供必要的支持。
