To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical method was used and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of 330 participants selected by the complete census sampling method from nine pharmaceutical companies in Yemen. Only 273 questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis. Major findings revealed that the companies under study have shown paramount interest in the effectiveness of administrative decisions, including all dimensions, where the mean of the level of performance was high. However, the level of practicing transformational leadership did not reach the level of decision effectiveness, where the practice level was medium. Furthermore, there were differences at the level of the impact of the dimensions of transformational leadership on the effectiveness of administrative decisions; the highest effective difference was the individualized consideration, and the least one was the inspiration motivation. 摘要
