摘要

本文评估哥伦比亚大学经济学学士学位毕业生是否达到了政府提出的2014年双语目标。为此,我们使用了描述性方法和推理统计(参数和非参数比例检验),使用了标准化测试Saber Pro(2011-2015)英语模块的数据。我们发现,在国家一级,61个学士学位项目中有54个没有达到目标,在全国21个认证项目中只有7个达到了目标。这些结果表明,需要重新考虑哥伦比亚未来经济学家教育中的双语公共政策。
