As a result, it has been determined that poplar wood-processing companies are small and medium-sized enterprises that create added value, provide em-ployment and generally operate as a workshop and the most important factors affecting job satisfaction of business owners are; (1) Autono-my, success and ethical values at work, (2) Employee’s competence at work, (3) Security needs and working conditions at work, (4) Respect-communication-independence, (5) Income level. Additionally, it has been determined that the total job satisfaction of the business owners varies according to some basic features. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定土耳其萨卡亚省、萨姆松省和布尔萨省杨木加工企业的社会经济结构、结构特征和存在的问题,找出影响企业主工作满意度的因素,根据一些基本特征检查工作满意度的差异,并揭示它们之间的关系。这些数据是从商业记录和对其所有者的调查中获得的。数据收集于2017-2018年,对243名企业主进行了面对面访谈调查。采用描述性统计、因子分析、Kruskal-Wallis H检验、相关分析和回归分析对数据进行评价。结果表明,杨木加工企业是创造附加值、提供就业、一般作为车间经营的中小型企业,影响企业主工作满意度的最重要因素是;(1)工作中的自主性、成功和道德价值观,(2)员工的工作能力,(3)工作中的安全需求和工作条件,(4)尊重-沟通-独立,(5)收入水平。此外,已经确定企业主的总体工作满意度根据一些基本特征而变化。提出了改善社会经济结构、提高工作满意度、提高企业生产力、盈利能力和绩效水平的建议。
