It is supposed to implement an automated identification of professional deficits within teaching staff. The article presents empirical data on the results of the approbation of this technique. 624 teachers from rural and urban educational organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan and 90 students of pedagogical specialties of the university participated in the testing. 摘要

本文提出了基于教师专业缺陷识别的教育质量管理方法。描述了评估学科和方法论能力形成的方法。评估材料是根据教师的专业标准和联邦州基础普通教育和中等普通教育的教育标准的要求制定的。它应该在教学人员中实现对专业缺陷的自动识别。文章给出了对该技术的认可结果的实证数据。来自巴什科尔托斯坦共和国农村和城市教育组织的624名教师和90名大学教学专业的学生参加了测试。对测评材料和测评结果的分析表明,所构建的测评方法可用于识别教师培训机构教师和学生的专业缺陷,为进一步构建认可参与者的个人教育轨迹提供依据。
