The dimension with greater fragility in all hospitals was “Return of information and communication about error”. 摘要

目的:从护理团队的角度对三家医院的患者安全文化进行评价。方法:对米纳斯吉拉斯州三家医院的303名护理专业人员进行定量和横断面分析研究。采用《医院患者安全文化调查问卷》。进行描述性和推断性双变量统计分析。结果:从护理角度看,三家医院的安全文化维度均不强。与公立医院相比,慈善医院在四个维度上获得了更好的评价。所有医院中较为脆弱的方面是“关于错误的信息和沟通的返回”。结论:从护理团队的角度来看,研究医院患者安全文化的各个维度都揭示了其弱点。
