A total of 243 children (132 girls and 111 boys) were recruited from April 2007 to April 2013. The patients’ treatment outcomes were determined through telephone interviews. All the statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS statistical software (version 16.0). Besides, P 3 seconds during syncope. Conclusions: This study indicated that similar to other populations, syncope was more prevalent among girls in our area. Additionally, the most common cause was mixed type of vasovagal syncope. 摘要

背景:晕厥是儿童中常见的问题。目的:本横断面研究旨在确定晕厥儿童的流行病学特征,并阐明设拉子医科大学附属伊玛目礼萨儿科心脏病学诊所的治疗结果,该诊所是伊朗南部儿科晕厥患者的主要转诊中心。专利与方法:本研究采用横断面描述性分析方法,对所有伴有短暂性意识丧失和头部倾斜试验阳性的患儿进行研究。从2007年4月到2013年4月,总共招募了243名儿童(132名女孩和111名男孩)。通过电话访谈确定患者的治疗效果。采用SPSS统计软件(16.0版)进行统计分析。此外,晕厥时p3秒。结论:本研究表明,与其他人群相似,晕厥在我们地区的女孩中更为普遍。此外,最常见的原因是混合型血管迷走神经性晕厥。药物治疗和增加水、盐的摄入量及抗压运动对减少晕厥的复发是有效的。
