摘要

产业区在理论上是关联企业的集群,具有基于集群、区位优势和潜在区位的创新要素和发展政策。本研究旨在确定位于塞拉州马拉卡纳工业区的公司普遍存在的组织文化类型。根据Cameron & Quinn的类型学,对50家最大公司的3271名员工的调查得出结论,不是创新文化占主导地位(26.7%),而是文化的文化镶嵌几乎同质化的市场(29.2%),在与传统等级文化(22.5%)和氏族(21.7%)的社交中,这表明公共政策导致了丰富的组织密度。
