To address the needs of patients, providers and payers, we believe that thyroid cancer care needs to be reexamined from the perspective of value for the patient, which is defined as the outcomes that matter to patients relative to the cost of delivering them. Value-based healthcare: implications for thyroid cancer
Today's delivery of care to thyroid cancer patients is complex, and costly, with uneven outcomes that can be improved.
