摘要

本文考虑一个有两个等级的组织,由于组织的政策决定而导致人员的退出。由于人员的退出是不可预测的,建议采用涉及两个门槛的单变量招聘政策,一个是可选的,另一个是强制性的,以使组织能够计划其招聘决定。假设决策和退出发生在不同时期,构建随机模型,得到每个决策时期的人力损失为同分布、不断相关且可交换的指数随机变量,阈值为独立且同分布的指数随机变量时的平均招聘时间。政策间决策时间是同分布、不断相关、可交换的指数随机变量,退出间决策时间形成一个普通的更新过程。
