Likewise, 74% of the patients indicated that the degree of satisfaction is dissatisfied, 26% feel dissatisfied, and there were no satisfied patients. Finally, it is determined that there is a Spearman correlation coefficient = 0,564 ** it indicates a moderate correlation between the variables. Also, a coefficient of determination of 0,3176 indicates that the patient’s satisfaction is greater than 31,7% of the health management of the hospital.
