The evidence converges to similar aspects between the two countries, with the expression of collective interests through the valorization of benevolence and universalism. Among the convergent characteristics, it is highlighted that the interviewees have a focus on social value and aim to create social value by developing their activities with the purpose of transforming society into a better place. 摘要

为了分析个人价值观和社会企业家特征如何在巴西和葡萄牙教育领域的社会组织中形成配置,我们对来自巴西和葡萄牙的三位社会企业家进行了定性的探索性和描述性研究。数据处理采用内容分析技术,采用访谈笔录和直接观察。两国之间的证据趋同于相似的方面,通过对仁慈和普遍主义的珍视来表达集体利益。在这些趋同的特征中,突出了受访者对社会价值的关注,并以发展自己的活动创造社会价值为目的,使社会变得更美好。因此,反映在被调查的社会企业家报告中表现出的利他主义是相关的,表明社会使命和个人价值观之间的近似,表明有利于创造社会价值的配置,并为那些承担和采取有利于社会影响的行动的人提供权力。
