Trajectories and Factors Affecting of the Older Adult's Job Satisfaction based on Growth Mixture Model
The purpose of this study is to derive Trajectories in older adult’s job satisfaction and to identify how each type has a relationship with demographic characteristics, job characteristics, and job perception. For this purpose, the 5th, 6th, and 7th year data of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA) was used, and the dependent variables were wages satisfaction, employment stability, working environment satisfaction, work content satisfaction, and overall job satisfaction. Demographic variables included sex, age, education level, household total asset and job characteristics variables include occupational status, industry, occupation, weekly working hours, and regularity of working hours. Job recognition related variables are the appropriateness of working hours, education-job match, skill-job match, physical job demands, cognitive job demands, and reasons for continuing work.…
