摘要

为了比较三种船体涂层(防污涂层、SPC铜涂层和SPC TBT涂层)在未受污染条件下的摩擦阻力,进行了数值研究。在2.85 × ~ 5.5 ×的雷诺数范围内,根据板长和流速进行了数值模拟。防污涂层的平均粗糙度比去污涂层大。试验结果表明,除臭试验板的摩擦阻力系数低于SPC铜和SPC TBT试验板。将计算流体力学得到的总阻力与实验数据进行了比较,结果吻合较好,表明了CFD模型在考虑涂层特性的情况下计算流体流动阻力的能力。
